Catering

All of our catering is prepared on-site at the venue under the careful guidance of Paul Leverton. With over 30 years experience in professional catering Paul has been head chef at a number of prestigious venues. In this time he has cooked for rock and roll royalty, as well as HRH The Queen.

Our standard day delegate rate includes a mixed finger buffet, catering for vegetarians as standard. This may comprise some or all of the following:

  • Standard buffet (example)
  • Tempura King Prawns (served hot) Miniature Yorkshire Puddings (served hot)
  • Selection of Sandwiches Cheese and Onion Pastries
  • Selection of Miniature Jacket Potatoes (served hot)
  • Selection of Quiches
  • Selection of Crudites
  • Selection of Miniature Pastries (or Cakes)
  • Fruit Platter

However, for a little extra, previous customers have had an appetising hot fork buffet, featuring a selection of three main meals, served with rice, breads and a selection of salads.
Others have started the day with bacon or egg rolls, or a delicious continental breakfast with pastries, cooked meats, cheese and fresh juice.

Because our catering is onsite, we can prepare almost anything that you might like, including Halal and Kosher dishes.

Accommodation

Our relationship with the Hilton Hotel group and local businesses the Donnington Valley Hotel and Spa and The Pheasant Inn means that we can source accommodation for up to 200 delegates in single en-suite accommodation. Prices available on request.

Out of term-time, accommodation can be provided for up to 60 delegates in single study-bedrooms and twin bedrooms in our purpose-built boarding houses.

Other local activities available include The Corn Exchange, Newbury Racecourse, fine dining at The Vineyard (2 Michelin stars) and no less than local three golf courses.
