Information for Artists
Our exhibition slots are normally filled up to two years in advance. However, because these are almost always group shows, we may require other artists to also exhibit from time to time. If you would like to submit some information about your practice, please send this to firstname.lastname@example.org along with some images of your work.
Preparation & Hanging
The Arlington Arts team manage the hanging of the exhibitions. In preparation, all 2D work must be securely framed (if appropriate) and fitted with mirror plates - apart from those working in media that require special fittings (please provide). Plinths and glass display cabinets are available at the centre. All work must be clearly labelled with your name, address, title, medium and price.
We may put together interpretive materials to accompany exhibitions. If you are taking part in an exhibition and have any information about your work which may help us with this, it would be gratefully received. Please email statements to email@example.com
There is a small commission of 25% and all sales should be directed through Arlington Arts Centre.
Please note that each Artist is responsible for ensuring that adequate insurance cover is arranged for loss or damage to artworks submitted for display.
We will be happy to answer any queries concerning exhibitions or the venue. You are also welcome to visit in advance.
